Whisk together the eggs, butter and honey in a bowl until well combined. Gradually add in the flour, add the salt and mix until smooth.
In a medium skillet, apply medium heat and add half the oil. Once the oil is hot, drop 1 spoonful of batter and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side, or until lightly browned. Flip to cook the other side for another 3 minutes.
Repeat the procedure with the remaining batter and transfer to a serving platter.
Top with crispy bacon bits or drizzle with honey before serving.
